1 General Terms

betk1 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online casino and betting service provider. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you", "member", "player") and betk1.

Registering on the betk1 platform, accessing the site or using any service means you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1.1 Definitions

3 Account Registration

To register successfully on betk1, a member must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms.

3.1 Information Required at Registration

• Date of birth.
• A valid email address.
• Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).
• Password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. betk1 is not liable for losses resulting from misuse of an account.

3.3 One Account Policy

Only one account per individual is permitted. If multiple accounts are operated by the same person or household, all accounts will be closed and bonuses may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

betk1 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betk1 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal is processed.
• It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.

4.4 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

betk1 may reject or delay a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• If identity verification is incomplete.
• If bonus wagering requirements on the account have not been met.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• For technical or administrative reasons.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers from betk1 are provided under specific conditions. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have automatically agreed to the associated terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• While a bonus is active, restrictions may apply to certain games.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

betk1's VIP program has four tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and participation:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only permitted after the wagering requirement has been met.
• betk1 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Misuse of promotional offers may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games on the betk1 platform operate on a fair play basis. Game outcomes are governed by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game.
• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets rendered void due to a technical error will be considered cancelled and the staked amount will be returned.
• In sports betting, live odds change continuously — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.

6.2 Game Operations

betk1 works in partnership with multiple world-class game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and Ezugi. These providers operate games subject to their own terms and conditions, which apply alongside betk1's Terms.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, internet disconnection or any other technical issue, betk1 will generally attempt to refund the staked amount for that game. However, betk1 is not liable for loss of potential winnings due to technical issues.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the safety and fairness of the betk1 platform:

7.1 Fraud and Abuse

• Opening an account using a false or forged identity.
• Operating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Bonus arbitrage — attempting to meet bonus requirements without risk.
• Suspicious betting patterns that suggest bonus abuse.

7.2 Technical Abuse

• Using software, bots, automation tools or any other artificial method.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform.
• Attempting to interfere with the site's security systems.

7.3 Money Laundering

betk1 follows a strict policy against money laundering and terrorist financing. Suspicious financial activity may be reported to the relevant authorities for investigation.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

betk1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

8.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Violation of these terms and conditions or any applicable rules.
• Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• In the interest of fulfilling legal obligations.

8.2 Account Closure by Member

8.3 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, funds may be forfeited. In the case of voluntary closure, available funds will be returned subject to wagering requirements being met.

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Loss caused by errors from third-party game providers.
